Gran Canaria Swim Week at the Spanish Fashion Academy Awards

For Gran Canaria Swim Week, part of the Gran Canaria Moda Cálida Programme, it has been an honour and a source of pride to be among the nominees for the Spanish Fashion Awards.

Congratulations to the Museo del Traje for this well-deserved Impulso y Difusión de la Moda Española Award.

Being part of these awards is already a recognition to years of work, to the public-private collaboration, to the effort and dedication of the designers, to the whole team that works with care and dedication so that today we can say that we are a reference in Europe in swimwear fashion. This nomination positions us at a national and international level and we will continue our efforts to show the talent, quality and creativity of swimwear from this Atlantic island to the world.

We would like to express our deep gratitude to the Spanish Fashion Academy Foundation for recognising the talents of national fashion and to TVE for their contribution to give visibility to a sector that is culture and heritage of all.

Thanks to the Chamber of Commerce of Gran Canaria, to Expomeloneras and to different firms of the Gran Canaria Moda Cálida Programme for being part of this recognition and for accompanying us on this day.

Gran Canaria, the island of swimwear fashion, continues to reap achievements.
